To download a file, click on the icon folder. If there is no 'finger image' seen when dragging your cursor over the file, then this means that the file is not available to view or download yet.
After you have clicked on the folder image a dialog box will come up. This will ask you if you would like to A) save this file to disk (hard drive) or B) to open this file from the current location.
A) Saving this document on your hard drive will allow you to view the file even when you are off line (or logged off the internet). And you can rename the file if you wish. After downloading the file you can then open it. B) Opening the file from the current location will not save it to your hard drive and will open a word pad document allowing you to view the Newsletter. After the file opens and you have viewed it, you will need to close the document to return to your web page.
Either system will work! I personally open the document from the current location and after reading it then I close it to return to my work on the Internet.
